Olympic Gold winning athlete hopes to create winners in the boardroom

AytonLee, a new company set up by double Olympic gold medallist Sarah Ayton OBE in association with two highly experienced organisational development and change management specialists is hoping that through sharing her drive and passion for her sport, her commitment to excellence and her ability to perform when it counts Ayton will be able to add real value to individuals and organisations.
 
Using her experience of winning gold medals at the Olympics in Athens and Beijing, Ayton is hoping to be able to translate these leadership skills skills to businesses, she is also currently acting as a mentor to the GB Sailing Team first time Olympians as they approach their final leg in their quests for gold at the London Games.
