    10 – 100 employees!!! I wouldn’t call that small business….a little noninclusive!

      by definition it’s about right, anything under 12 employees is a micro-business, they should have extended the upper ceiling however, a ‘mid-size’ could include a small factory for example, which might employ upward of 500 people, certainly not ‘big’ business so must be classified as mid size?
