Getting To Know You: Stefan Gol, CEO & Founder Ecig.com

To kick things off, can you tell our readers a little bit about Ecig’s history and how the business started?

Founded in 2014, Ecig.com offers a variety of quality e-cigarettes, e-juices, and accessories at the best prices found online. First established at our retail location in the heart of Austin, Texas, Ecig.com came into existence out of necessity. We were frustrated about having to place orders from multiple stores to get what we needed, exhausted from the price-gouging vendors overcharging, and discouraged by companies that just didn’t seem to care about customers.

Since our launch in Texas, we’ve opened a second office in sunny Deerfield Beach, Florida. With these two offices, we’ve found that we’re better able to assist our customers in a timely manner without having to increase our prices like our competitors. As an industry-leading online vape store, you’ll find that shopping at Ecig.com is better than the competition. Customer service is important to us and with our outgoing and knowledgeable customer service team on hand to answer all your questions, you’ll find your experience with us nothing short of outstanding!

Our vapor shop products are all 100 per cent authentic and the prices we offer bring a whole new meaning to the term affordable.

What do you currently do?

I am the CEO and Founder of Ecig.com. Before I was the CMO of the company.

What is Ecig’s employee numbers?

We currently employ around 40 staff at our 2 stores in Austin and Arlington, Texas.

Any thoughts on the future of Ecig?

The future looks great for Ecig. We are positive that we will grow our business in the next few months and triple what we are doing now.

What is your attitude towards Ecigs competitors?

We like having competitors. I think that’s the best way to learn how you can improve on your own strategy. It’s a big market and we are ok to have competitors around us.

Who do you admire?

I admire many people, and not just high level CEO’s with degrees. To name a few: Josh Cartu (Race Car driver and Entrepreneur) and Richard Branson.

Looking back are there things you would have done differently?

One thing that I would’ve probably changed is the strategy. It’s been a good strategy so far but sometimes you need to be more aggressive.

How do people buy your products in the UK? Is it a difficult process?

We do ship to U.K. It’s a simple process. After the order is placed, we use different companies to ship the product. We have contracts with many different shipping companies.

Why do you think your brand has been so successful in the UK?

Eig.com offer affordable prices in an industry that’s saturated with overpriced devices.

Ecig.com initiate unbeatable customer service.

Ecig.com bring innovative brand-name products to the vaping community.

We only started shipping to the UK in January and now 15 per cent of our sales are to UK customers. I believe this is just the start of our success in the UK as we are looking to grow within the UK market.
