London set to host the ‘ultimate SME networking event’

As well as being an unparalleled opportunity for businesses to come face to face with each other and expand their contacts, the event will feature an exclusive presentation on the phenomenon of social media networking led by Nick Tadd and Warren Cass ‘What the hell is social media and how can my business benefit?’

Tadd is Director of Social Media Graffiti, and with a multi-million pound portfolio, is recognised as one of the UK’s leading experts on the benefits of using Twitter and Facebook to maximise business profiles.

Cass is the founder of Business Scene, and an authority on the importance of networking and social media marketing.

Cass said “This will be the ultimate business networking event. We conducted research this summer that showed just how important face to face networking is to SMEs. There are many successful networks and business communities in the UK. This event will bring them all together, and offers a great chance for our guests to network the networks.

“But as well as networking in person, businesses must reach out to each other online too, hence our debate on social media. It’s all well and good having a profile on Twitter and Facebook but some SMEs only use these sites because they feel they should be. We will explain how to create a social media strategy and create powerful relationships with a targeted network!”
Business Scene run ‘Connections’ events across the UK throughout the year and this is the fifth such event to be held in London.
